LDAP Service Connection Parameters Interface
This topic describes the fields on the LDAP connector interface.

Field Name

Description

Server

Specifies the name of the LDAP server.

Port

Specifies the port number on which the above mentioned LDAP server is configured.

Maximum Number of search results

This specifies the maximum number of search results that are to be returned for any search operation. The default value is 2000.

Anonymous Authentication

If this check box is selected, anonymous authentication to the LDAP service is required. If anonymous authentication is activated, updating transactions is not possible.

Login Name

Specifies the user name for LDAP. This field is mandatory, if the Anonymous Authentication check box is not selected.

Password

This is an optional field and specifies the password for LDAP.
